This page explains how to raise a concern about the Britannia AI website, and where UK users can escalate complaints about a financial service or provider.
Complaints about this website
If your concern is about the content, accuracy or operation of britanniaai.co.uk, please contact us first through our Contact page so we can try to resolve it. If your concern relates to how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
Complaints about a trading provider
Britannia AI does not hold funds or operate trading accounts, so complaints about deposits, withdrawals or account handling must be raised directly with the third-party provider concerned. Ask for their formal complaints procedure in writing and keep records of all correspondence.
Where to escalate in the UK
For a data-protection concern, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. For a regulated financial firm, you may be able to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk) after exhausting the firm’s own complaints process. To check whether a firm is authorised, use the FCA Register at register.fca.org.uk. If you believe you have been the victim of a scam, report it to Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk) or, in Scotland, Police Scotland.
Protect yourself
Never share passwords, card details or one-time codes with anyone, and do not allow remote access to your device. If you are asked to pay a further “fee” to release a withdrawal, treat this as a warning sign.
