This page explains how we research and write our reviews so readers can judge how much weight to give them.
What we assess
For a review we look at the information a service publishes about itself, what it does and does not claim, the transparency of its terms, fee and withdrawal information, login and app arrangements, safety signals and any available regulatory or company-registration details.
How we verify
Where possible we check claims against independent sources such as the FCA Register and Companies House, and we inspect the website’s own documents. We clearly separate what we could verify from what we could not.
What we will not do
We do not invent star ratings, we do not publish fake testimonials or user counts, and we do not give a categorical “legit” or “scam” verdict without evidence. We avoid sensational or defamatory language.

Services and providers can change at any time. A review reflects the position at the “last reviewed” date and is not personal financial advice. Always carry out your own checks before acting.
